Task:                    Label the submarine diagram provided using the word list below.

 

Background:          All modern submarines bear essentially the same external characteristics and common equipment.

 

Materials:              Unlabeled diagram of the Juliett 484. (Click here for a sample diagram)
Word list of features and equipment found on the exterior of the Juliett 484 submarine

 

Activity:                Following a tour of the Juliett 484 submarine K-77, the teacher writes the following words on the chalkboard. Students are directed to correctly label the diagram of the Soviet submarine.
